Annabelle and Eve endeavors to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience and process all orders as soon as possible.  To help ensure we can process your orders please read the below information and provide your Full Name & Delivery address (Please note if your items are being delivered to a Business address, provide both the Business Name and Department you work in).

Annabelle and Eve has 3 sizes available:

  • S – 6/8
  • M – 10
  • L – 12

PREORDERS

Not in stock but want to order our products?  We understand you want to wear your product as soon as possible, contact us today for preorder time frames.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via registered mail through Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email advising you of your unique tracking number, which can be tracked via the Australia Post website.  Please note, if you are unavailable for collection Australia post will leave a card with the location details of the nearest Post Office where your parcel will be available for collection.

Orders will be posted 1-3 working days after Annabelle and Eve has received payment.

All orders within Australia will incur a AUD$8.95 standard shipping fee. All international orders will incur a AUD$30.00 standard shipping fee.

Delivery times may vary depending on location. Refer to the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times.
Please understand these are guidelines only and do not take into consideration account for any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Annabelle and Eve will not be held liable for any delay in delivery, loss, theft or damage incurred by you.
  • Annabelle and Eve is not responsible for any import charges, duties, taxes or other costs relating to international sales.
  • Annabelle and Eve is not responsible for any returned item(s), it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage.

RETURNS

Annabelle and Eve do NOT allow for exchanges or accept any returns of garments due to health and hygiene concerns.

GARMENT FAULTS

All Annabelle and Eve printed garments are made in Australia and of high quality.  If you receive a faulty garment please contact us at info@annabelleandeve.com.au.  Annabelle and Eve will replace the garment providing it is returned & received at our office within 7 days of purchase, all tags and hygiene stickers are still fully attached, original receipt is provided and the garment is unworn, unsoiled, undamaged & unwashed.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage of the faulty garment via registered post only.   Annabelle and Eve take no responsibility for garments lost in the mailing system.  Annabelle and Eve take no responsibility for loss of purchase receipt.
